If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 14 days of the service date to discuss your concerns.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Services that have been fully performed and where the issue is not related to the service provided (e.g., user error, unrelated equipment failure).

Custom or personalized items that have been installed.

Installation Fees: Installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

2. Product Refunds

Eligibility:

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in their original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

Products that have been installed and used.

Custom or special-order items.

3. Cancellation Policy

Service Appointments:
